Remove Shower Head
If you can be worried to eliminate the head, this is the best method of giving it the best clean, bringing it back to the state it was in initially.
Step 1 - With a goof wrench, eliminate the head from the tube that it is connected to. Or if it is connected to a bath water hose, then eliminate the hand-held shower heads from the metal water hose. Remember that after eliminating the head water will always run out of the revealed tube, so be careful not to slip!
Step 2 - Put the shower heads into a dense bottomed oven top pot (big enough to completely immerse the bath head).
Step 3 - Fill the pot with apple cider white vinegar enough to completely immerse the head and create sure that it is sailing on top of the white vinegar and not in contact with the bottom of the pot (very important!).
Step 4 - Turn the oven on and carefully cook the white vinegar, do not steam it. Keep an eye on it all the time and create sure the temperature does not get too hot and never leave it unwatched. Based on how much range and dirt is connected to the shower heads is how long you should cook the head for.

Step 5 - Once the calcium and other pollutants have sloughed away from the shower heads, eliminate the head from the white vinegar. At this point (wearing gloves) you may want to use a sweep to eliminate any persistent spots and persistent calcium.
Step 6 - Wash again and reattach the head, then run water through the shower heads for a few minutes to create sure all pollution and calcium is eliminated from the internals of the head as well.
